<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal in which the amount of information sent to and displayed on a user's information communication terminal is limited to a predetermined amount or less and information more useful to the user is displayed. <P>SOLUTION: A second information communication terminal connected to an information communication server that sends information input to a first one of multiple information communication terminals to the second information communication terminal receives, from the information communication server, the input information input to the first information communication terminal and a transmission intensity value indicating the degree of transmission of the input information input to the first information communication terminal to the second information communication terminal, and compares the received transmission intensity value with a previously stored threshold of the transmission intensity value. When judging that the transmission intensity value exceeds the threshold, the second information communication terminal causes an output section to output the received input information.
