PURPOSE: A collecting and discharging apparatus for a filtrate for a flowerpot is provided to enable users to install the apparatus to flowerpot supporters regardless of the arrangement of flowerpots. CONSTITUTION: A collecting and discharging apparatus for a filtrate for a flowerpot comprises the following: a filtrate container(100) including plural inlet ports on one surface, and outlet ports(120) on the other surface; collection tubes(131,132,133,134) with one ends connected to the inlet ports and the other ends connected to flower supporters(210,220,230,240); a discharging tube(140) with one end connected to the outlet ports for discharging the filtrate in the filtrate container to the outside; and inlet stopper and outlet stoppers.
