<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method by which an acryloyl- and/or methacryloyl-containing allophanate can easily be purified with high purity and little by-product, and a urethane resin composition comprising an acryloyl- and/or methacryloyl-containing allophanate produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: A high purity acryloyl- and/or methacryloyl-containing allophanate can be obtained through a first step: a step of producing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer I by reacting (A) an organic diisocyanate with (B) a hydroxy acrylate compound and/or a hydroxy methacrylate compound; a second step: a step of producing an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer II while the isocyanate-terminated prepolymer I is subjected to allophanation using (C) an allophanation catalyst under coexistence of (D) a polymerization inhibitor; and a third step: a step of performing extraction purification at an agitation rate of 1,000-5,000 rpm with (E) an aliphatic hydrocarbon. A urethane resin having easily introduced acryloyl groups can be obtained by using the acryloyl- and/or methacryloyl-containing allophanate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
