<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum-type washing machine capable of reducing the vibration of a water tank during high-speed dehydration. <P>SOLUTION: In a dehydrating operation, the attenuation force of a damper is controlled so as to be increased at the beginning of dehydration, and the rotary speed of a drum is increased to 200 rpm, which is the prescribed rotary speed that allows laundry in the drum to be at least attracted onto the inner peripheral surface of the drum so as to promote the discharge of water contained in the laundry, and then decreased to 55 rpm, which is the rotary speed that allows at least part of the laundry to be removed from the inner peripheral surface of the drum, and the rotary speed is again increased to 200 rpm. Consequently, while the vibration of a water tank is reduced, the water content of the laundry is removed to reduce its weight, and then at least the part of the laundry is removed from the inner peripheral surface of the drum and attracted thereto again, and the imbalance of the drum is thereby reduced and the vibration of the water tank caused by the imbalance is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
