<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a stator of a motor, the method capable of eliminating or simplifying a lacing process, a varnish treatment, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing stator of motor 10, a wire 20 is wound around multiple slots 16 which are formed on a stator core 11 by distributed winding with a space of the predetermined slot number to form a coil 13 which has multiple phases, and the wire 20 is configured by a single wire. The method comprises: steps of: arranging an insulation member 12 which electrically insulates the stator core 11 from the wire 20, at the multiple slots 16; winding the wire 20 around the multiple slots 16 by distributed winding; and arranging the wire 20 inside the insulation member 12 in a state that a tension is applied, to fix the stator core 11, the insulation member 12 and the coil 13 physically. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
