<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-sensitive film for a humidity sensor and a humidity sensor which is excellent in moisture-sensitiveness and workability and can be manufactured with ease and at low costs. <P>SOLUTION: A moisture-sensitive film for a humidity sensor is composed of a coating film including a conductive polymer having repeat units of the following general formula (1), in which R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>mean respectively hydrogen atoms, linear or branched alkyl groups with 1-24 C-atoms, linear or branched alkoxy groups with 1-24 C-atoms, acid groups, hydroxyl groups, nitro groups and halogen atoms and at least one of R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>-R<SP POS="POST">4</SP>is a acid groups or its salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
