<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tongue piece cutter and a binding apparatus which enables stable cut surface of the tongue piece without increasing production cost. <P>SOLUTION: The tongue piece cutter 1 includes: a thin plate blade body 11 having a thin plate blade end 111 with a blade portion 111a formed thereon to form a tongue piece on the end of the thin plate; a spacer body 12 to be inserted into the inside of the thin plate blade body 11. While a concave portion 111b depressed into the direction of the blade portion 111a is formed on the other side of the blade portion 111a at the thin plate blade end 111, a first convex portion 121a to fit into the concave portion 111b is formed on the portion corresponding to the concave portion 111b of the spacer body 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
