<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a holding fixture, which manufactures a holding fixture maintaining a flatness of an reinforcing member by releasing the reinforcing member from a molding mold without deforming it, and also to provide a molding mold easily releasing the reinforcing member without deforming it. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: manufacturing a holding fixture 1 provided with a reinforcing member 5 having supporting holes 11, and an elastic member 6 having holding holes 15, with a molding mold 30 having molding pins 35 erected therein; and pulling out the molding pins 35 while a contact between an integrated molding object in a pulling-out direction of the molding pins 35, and the molding mold 30 is maintained. The molding mold 30 is used for molding the holding fixture 1, and is equipped with: a first and second molds 31 and 32 facing each other; and a third mold 33 arranged between them and forming an arrangement space 34.
