摘要 The present invention relates to a sensor for measuring the calorific value of a cell, which includes a thermopile manufactured through surface-micromachining technology, and a microfluid channel structure for mixing cells with culture fluid and separating the cells from the culture fluid. As the sensor according to the present invention for measuring the calorific value of a cell uses a micro-mixer to uniformly mix a culture fluid with cells, uses the Zweifach-Fung effect to separate cells from the culture fluid and then amplifies two thermopile signals of measurements taken from the culture microfluid and cell microfluid, respectively, uses the differences in the values thereof for measuring a cell calorific value, and removes the effects of noise generated by changes in the external environment, the fluidic inertia effect from the flow of fluid, i.e. the effect of calorific value reduction by means of the flow of culture fluid, can be minimized. Thus, a sensor for measuring the calorific value of a cell according to the present invention can precisely measure the calorific value of a cell moving within a microfluid channel, and may be used for the diagnosis of diseases such as cancer by using the difference between the calorific value of the measured cell and a standard calorific value of a normal cell.
