Disclosed is a cable connection structure that can maintain the reliability of a connection between a cable and a circuit board. Said cable connection structure (100) comprises: a coaxial cable (1) that has a core (10) and an external jacket layer (13) that covers the core; a substrate (20) on which an electrode (21a) is formed, said electrode being electrically connected to the core (10) at the connection end (14) of the coaxial cable (1); and a swage member (30) that is attached around the coaxial cable (1) and radially compresses a lengthwise section of the coaxial cable (1).
