Disclosed is a luminosity correction device (5) that corrects luminosity unevenness in a display device (1). The luminosity correction device comprises an input unit (51) that receives an input of a photographic image data that is obtained by a photographic device photographing, in the display device (1), a display area (10A) that displays an image and a blank area (10B) provided with the same reflectivity as the surface of the display area; and a brightness change correction unit (533), which detects a change in brightness in the blank area on the basis of the photographic image data, estimates a change in brightness, on the basis of the change in brightness in the blank area, arising from conditions in the display area at the time of photography, and creates corrected raw image data for correction that minimizes the change in brightness arising from the conditions in the display area at the time of photography, on the basis of the estimation result. The luminosity correction device corrects the luminosity unevenness of the display area on the basis of the raw image data for correction.
