Provided is a liquid discharge container wherein attachment of a pump cover (4) and removal of the pump cover (4) can be easily performed only by a specific person. The pump cover (4) comprises a lid portion (5) which presses down a press-down portion (32), and a peripheral portion (40) which surrounds the pump (3), wherein a tip end of a nozzle (33) projects to the outside through the peripheral portion (40). The peripheral portion (40) comprises an insertion hole (41) through which the nozzle (33) is inserted, and which extends in the direction that the nozzle (33) is pressed down so as to allow the movement of the nozzle in the pressed-down direction. The peripheral portion (40) is provided at its lower end with a plurality of fitting projections (42) to be fitted in to a container body (2). At least one of the plurality of fitting projections (42) is arranged so to be aligned with the insertion hole (41) in the pressed-down direction.
