MESH TYPE CATHODE CURRENT COLLECTOR OF TUBULAR SOLID OXIDE FUEL CELL

PURPOSE: An air electrode current collector is provided to suppress the formation of scales such as chromium oxide(Cr2O3) by forming a ceramic coating layer and to obtain excellent long-term performance characteristics of a solid oxide fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: An air electrode current collector of a cylindrical solid oxide fuel cell is prepared by: using Crofer(22 APU) mesh as a base material, which is the materials of the air electrode current collector; forming a ceramic coating layer by sandblasting the surface thereof and applying the slurry having (La0.80Sr0.20)MnO3-d as a coating material through a spray method; and heating the ceramic coating layer in the inert atmosphere of nitrogen or the reducing atmosphere of nitrogen and hydrogen.
