<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-allochroic drawing toy and a water-allochroic drawing toy set using the water-allochroic drawing toy hardly causing water to stick to a part provided with images around a water-allochroic sheet, taking no time to store the sheet because of excelling in drying property even if water sticks, and preventing articles around from getting wet when the sheet is stored and preserved. <P>SOLUTION: The water-allochroic drawing toy 1 includes the water-allochroic sheet 2 including, on a support body 21, a porous layer 22 formed by sticking a low refractive index pigment in a dispersed state to binder resin and different in transparency between a liquid absorbed state and a liquid non-absorbed state; a water impermeable resin member 3 covering the periphery of the water-allochroic sheet; and a water impermeable resin sheet 4. The water impermeable resin member is provided with the images 33, and the lower face of the water impermeable resin member is stuck to the side, provided with the porous layer, of the water-allochroic sheet. The water impermeable resin sheet is disposed at the lower faces of the water-allochroic sheet and water impermeable resin member.
