<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of notifying a user of the residual amount of a battery with accuracy even when in an inoperative state. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus including a battery in an embodiment comprises: connecting means for connecting an external device; detecting means for detecting the connection of the external device to the connecting means; residual amount detecting means for detecting the residual amount of the battery; and control means for controlling the issue of a warning if the battery residual amount detected by the residual amount detecting means is decreased to the predetermined setting values when the electronic apparatus is in an inoperative state and the detecting means detects that the external device is connected to the connecting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
