<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rainwater receiving and vaporizing panel and a rainwater treating device capable of making the purification treatment unnecessary even when the purification treatment is usually required for discharging the rainwater, for example, on a vacant lot of a former disposal site and so on. <P>SOLUTION: The rainwater receiving and vaporizing panel 3 is disposed covering a possibly polluted soil to receive the rainwater and to vaporize the received rainwater. The panel 3 includes a panel board 17 having a flat or corrugated surface whose solar absorptivity is 0.8 or above and which is made hydrophilic, and also includes an attaching portion 19 provided around an outer peripheral of the panel board 17 for fixing the panel board 17 to a supporting device 5 for supporting the panel board 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
