<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a information communication method for preventing reduction in operation efficiency of a peer-to-peer communication system without causing a node device or a relay node device to wait or cancel control messages. <P>SOLUTION: When total data size relayed by a relay device becomes greater than a specified value, relay of new content data is stopped. That is, content data which is to be relayed newly is cancelled.
