<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electronic device case which prevents the cost increase and achieves waterproofness with simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A case 7 includes a body 1, which has an opening at a front surface side and has the shape of a rectangle elongated in a vertical direction, and a cover 2 which is assembled to the body 1 so as to block the opening of the body 1. A rib 2h, projecting toward the body 1 side, is formed in a rectangular frame-like shape on the backside of the cover 2 so as to contact with an entire inner peripheral of an opening edge of the body 1. Further, a groove 2j is provided at an area of the rib 2h, which faces the inner peripheral of the opening edge of the body 1. Thus, even when water intrudes from a joint portion between the body 1 and the cover 2, water is accumulated in the groove 2j.
