<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter for discharging foreign substances accumulated in an opening part provided for receiving a fluid, to the outside without disassembling. <P>SOLUTION: The filter 1 is provided with: a body part 2 having a first opening part 2a provided to receive the fluid, and a second opening part 2b for discharging the fluid; and a filtration part 3 housed in the body part 2 to filter the passing fluid.
