<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus using a nonlinear image pickup device capable of improving a disadvantage in the case of monitoring in real time and the like, because of deterioration of a contrast or coloring in comparison with when using a linear image pickup device, although an imaging is possible over a wide range from extremely dark place to bright place when using a nonlinear image pickup device. <P>SOLUTION: For example, when using for a purpose of video recording and when using for visually confirming on a display in real time, an image which is suitable for each cases is obtained by switching the amount of light which is injected in the nonlinear image pickup device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
