<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast receiver for receiving a full-segment broadcasting signal and a one-segment broadcasting signal that automatically controls the power supply for a B-CAS card slot based on a reception condition of the full-segment broadcasting signal and the one-segment broadcasting signal. <P>SOLUTION: A B-CAS card slot control part 104 disables an operation of a power supply part 107 and a clock generation part 108 to disable power supply and a clock signal supply to a B-CAS card slot 109 when a reproducing mode change control part 102 changes the operation mode from a full-segment broadcasting reproducing mode to a one-segment broadcasting reproducing mode. The B-CAS card slot control part 104 enables the operation of the power supply part 107 and the clock generation part 108 to enable the power supply and the clock signal supply to the B-CAS card slot 109 when the reproducing mode change control part 102 changes the operation mode from the one-segment broadcasting reproducing mode to the full-segment broadcasting reproducing mode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
