<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral contractor which can be obtained at a low cost and which is formed by filament material that can easily change broken electronic components and electronic components around them. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic component 1 with a spiral contractor 2 made of filament material has the spiral contractor 2 protruding on at least either of the upper and lower surfaces 3a and 3b of a substrate 3 which constitutes the electronic component 1, and the tip 2a of this spiral contractor 2 is protruded upwards. The cross section of the filament material is round, rectangular, and in the shape of a drum which is made by pressing at least one of the upper-lower sides and right-left sides of the round shape. The spiral contractor can be in the shape of a barrel, and the substrate 3 comprises a barrel-shaped cavity to retain the barrel-shaped spiral contractor. Thus, not to mention improved contact precision and quality, cost reduction and also carbon dioxide emission reduction can be achieved by reducing the amount of waste of mass-produced electronic devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
