<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate reflected scattered light at the same wavelength as the wavelength of excitation light with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The optical system (7) includes: a first filter (11) which receives light (5), which is reflected scattered light from a sample (4) irradiated with excitation light (3) and includes light at a wavelength different from the wavelength of the excitation light (3), and prevents transmission of light in a wavelength region including the wavelength of the excitation light (3); an absorption filter (12) which receives the light transmitted through the first filter (11), and absorbs and attenuates the light; and a second filter (13) which receives the light transmitted through the absorption filter (12), is disposed parallel to the first filter (11), and prevents transmission of light in a wavelength region including the wavelength of the excitation light (3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
