<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draft device of a spinning machine having a fiber bundle guide guiding a fiber bundle held at the prescribed position with high accuracy, and capable of suppressing the unevenness of yarn quality among spindles. <P>SOLUTION: A fiber bundle guide 26 is disposed between an apron draft part and a front roller. The fiber bundle guide 26 is integrally formed by sheet-metal working at the front end of a holder 25 made of a sheet metal holding the fiber bundle guide 26 at the predetermined position, the holder 25 is supported at the base end of the holder 25 by a support 23 formed on an apron cradle 20.
