The present invention provides a natural food composition for improving constipation in people having weak physical constitutions in terms of the functions of their bladders and large intestines as compared to the functions of their stomachs (hereinafter, referred to as "bladder type of human physical constitution"), and to a natural food composition for improving constipation in people having relatively weak physical constitutions in terms of the functions of their stomachs as compared to the functions of their bladders and large intestines (hereinafter, referred to as "gastric type of human physical constitution"). The former composition consists of a powder having a mixture of 4% to 56% by weight of psyllium seed husk powder, 15% to 35% by weight of cabbage powder, 7% to 13% by weight of apple powder, 7% to 13% by weight of barley powder, and 15% to 35% by weight of pear powder, or granules thereof, and the latter composition consists of a powder having a mixture of 18% to 54% by weight of psyllium seed husk powder, 30% to 50% by weight of cabbage powder, 15% to 25% by weight of apple powder, and 1% to 7% by weight of dandelion powder, or granules thereof. |
