<p>A location-based machine-to-machine (MTM) communication method, system and related device are disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes that: a network side device receives a first service request for obtaining service data of a first service in a first area, wherein the first service request is transmitted by a Machine-Type Communications (MTC) application server; by utilizing a first terminal identity, the network side device triggers the first MTC devices performing the first service in the first area to access the network, wherein the first MTC devices share the first terminal identity and share the first registration information; after the first MTC devices responding the triggering access the network, the network side device receives the service data of the first service reported by the first MTC devices; and the network side device transmits the service data to the MTC application server. The embodiments of the present invention can save the storage space and bearing resources of a network side with reduced network overheads, device overheads and consumption of air-interface resources.</p> |
