PURPOSE: A terrestrial and satellite tuner for applying a loop through circuit is provided to configure a terrestrial and satellite tuner in order to receive broadcasting of a satellite wave and a ground wave to one module. CONSTITUTION: In case power is on, a loop through circuit electrically insulates a ground wave based signal processor(210) and a satellite-based signal processor(230). In case power is off, The loop through circuit connects the ground wave based signal processor. The loop through circuit outputs ground wave based broadcasting signal to a satellite-based signal receiving jack.
