<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal plate covered with designed lamination sheet which has an internal embossing constitution which can view an internal embossing design through a transparent surface layer having satisfactory smoothness and having an emboss design with a depth feeling and a stereoscopic effect, and has a folding working property as the metal plate covered with designed lamination sheet, to provide a method of producing the metal plate covered with designed lamination sheet and to provide a unit bath member provided with the metal plate covered with designed lamination sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The metal plate covered with designed lamination sheet is configured by laminating: a sheet 110 (A layer) having a rugged design by means of embossing on the surface thereof; a layer 121 (B-1 layer) made of a composition including an ultraviolet curable adhesive; a transparent biaxially stretched polyester sheet layer 131 (C-1 layer); a layer 122 (B-2 layer) made of a composition including the ultraviolet curable adhesive; and a transparent biaxially stretched polyester sheet layer 132 (C-2 layer), in this order on a metal plate, and has mirror-surface glossiness (Gd value) of C-2 layer, of 0.8 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
