<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cobalt-based alloy that is excellent in both environmental resistance and high temperature strength. <P>SOLUTION: A cobalt-nickel alloy composition is disclosed comprising, by weight about 30% to about 50% cobalt, about 20% to about 40% nickel, at least about 10% chromium, aluminum; and at least one refractory metal.
