摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature brazing filler metal excellent in fatigue characteristics which can be used when members, like an aluminum-ceramic composite and an aluminum material, different in the coefficient of thermal expansion are bonded to each other, and which has improved fatigue characteristics without utilizing superplastic phenomena. <P>SOLUTION: The low-temperature brazing filler metal contains 3.5-13 mass% Al, 1-3.5 mass% Cu, 0.4-2.0 mass% Si and the balance of Zn and inevitable impurities and has 1.8-4.3 mass% total content of Cu and Si. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
