<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the spill-out of contents during refilling work. <P>SOLUTION: A refill container 1 includes a container body 2 for storing contents, and a cover body 5 continuously provided on a mouth 3 of the container body 2 via a breakable weakened portion 4. From the mouth 3 toward the outside in the radial direction, a protruded body 22 is protruded which has a fixed plate portion 14 with its surface and reverse extending in both the axis-O direction and the radial direction of the container.
