<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bumper mounting structure of a vehicle which effectively prevents the production of a step difference due to the lift of a bumper to the vehicle outside in a boundary with a side body panel and facilitates the adjustment of an assembly position of the bumper. <P>SOLUTION: A bumper mounting structure contains a L-shaped bumper holder 106 mounted on a mounting surface recessed inside a vehicle around a corner bead along the corner bead of a side body panel. The L-shaped bumper holder includes longitudinal first edge part 118 and second edge part 120 respectively having inner surfaces 114, 116 facing the mounting surface taking the border of a curved part 112 curved so as to be elastically deformable. The inner surface of the first edge part is provided with two fixing parts 122, 124 fixed to the mounting surface.
