<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the folding resistance, electrical insulation properties, the solder heat resistance, the bending resistance and the like of a dry film for a coverlay, and also impart high non-halogenated flame resistance to the dry film. <P>SOLUTION: The dry film for a coverlay has a layer made of a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition formed on a support film, which contains: (A) an epoxy resin; (B) an epoxy resin hardening agent; (c) a hardening accelerator; (D) a synthetic rubber; (E) a phosphazene compound; (F) a polyphosphate compound and (G) an inorganic filler, as essential components. The non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition contains 3-10 pts. mass of the component (E) and 5-30 pts. mass of the component (F) with respect to 100 pts. mass of the total amount of the components (A) to (D). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
