<p>Disclosed is a power-generation schedule creating apparatus, wherein a power generation schedule, which takes into consideration follow-up capability with respect to load fluctuation within a short period of time, in addition to demand-supply balance restriction and reserve power restriction, which are restrictions to be applied in a length of time that is the same as the unit time of the schedule, can be created. The power-generation schedule creating apparatus (100) is provided with a data input processing unit (7), a start/stop processing unit (8), and a data output processing unit (10). The data input processing unit (7) inputs setting data that includes generator data and short-period adjustment capacity data. The start/stop processing unit (8) determines the start/stop state of the generator with respect to the schedule unit-time, using an output changing rate and the short-period adjustment capacity data that were inputted into the data input processing unit (7). The data output processing unit (10) outputs the result determined by the start/stop processing unit (8) as result data. In this case, the short-period adjustment capacity data is data that indicates an estimated value of load fluctuation that takes into consideration a short-period unit time, which is different from and shorter than the schedule unit-time.</p> |
