SULFUR HEXAFLUORIDE GAS DENSITY RELAY

A sulfur hexafluoride gas density relay comprises a shell (8), a machine seat (5), an end seat (14), a Bourdon tube (3), a temperature compensating element (4) and a plurality of microswitches (101, 102, 103) serving as signal generators of the gas density relay, wherein one end of the Bourdon tube is connected to the machine seat, and the other end of the Bourdon tube is connected with one end of the temperature compensating element through the end seat. The microswitches are mounted on the machine seat or in the shell, and provided with contact point operating handles (1011, 1021, 1031). The gas density relay further comprises a displacement magnification mechanism (6), wherein the displacement magnification mechanism has an initial end which is connected with the other end of the temperature compensating element, and an amplifying end which drives the contact point operating handles of the microswitches so as to enable the contact points of the microswitches to be connected or disconnected. When the gas density value varies, the Bourdon tube and the temperature compensating element generate displacement. And the displacement is magnified by the displacement magnification mechanism and then transmitted to the microswitches, so that the microswitches are enabled to send out corresponding signals, and the function of the gas density relay is fulfilled.
