<p>The valve train has two cam pieces (10, 12) located on a cam shaft, where each cam piece comprises cams (18, 20, 30, 32) for actuation of gas shuttle valves at different cam curve parts (22, 24). Selector gates (14, 26) are provided in the cam pieces and formed such that the cam pieces are projected above an axial end of a predetermined portion in an axial direction. The selector gates exhibit larger diameter in the predetermined portion than outer diameter of one of the cam pieces such that the cam piece is plunged into the selector gates during axial displacement of the other cam piece. The cam curve part is designed as a zero-stroke curve part.</p> |
