An access processing method, a network device and a network system are provided in the embodiments of the present invention. The access processing method comprises that: the current Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) location information of a user equipment and the information of the geographical location where the user equipment is allowed to access are acquired; and if the current PLMN location information of the user equipment matches the information of the geographical location where the user equipment is allowed to access, the user equipment is allowed to access.
