PURPOSE: A telephone call service method and recording medium for storing a program are provided to determine whether to make a telephone call through a wireless internet. CONSTITUTION: A smart phone performs call connection to an internet phone number(S30). In case it is determined whether the smart phone is connected in the wireless internet, the call connection is performed to a mobile communication telephone number(S40). A smart phone user inputs telephone number information(S50). The other party receives information about whether it is possible to be wireless internet access(S60).
