<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserved food set in a container, capable of being evenly heated even if one heat-resistant container is used to be heated by a microwave oven, and capable of simplifying the procedure before eating; and a cooking method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The preserved food set in the container includes: retort side dishes 7 coupled with cooked rice foods 6; and the heat-resistant container 5 resistant against heating in a microwave oven. In the heat-resistant container 5, the cooked rice foods 6 are gathered and stored to secure a space 5a in which the retort side dishes 7 can be stored. In the preserved food set in the container, the retort side dishes 7 are disposed adjacent to the cooked rice foods 6 within the space 5a secured in the heat-resistant container 5, and the heat-resistant container 5 is disposed within the microwave oven to be heated and cooked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
