<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell hot-water supply system which can secure water to be used in a fuel cell unit from a source other than the fuel cell unit without consuming additional energy. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell unit 2 includes a water tank 71 storing drain water, as water for steam reforming, recovered by a heat exchanger 6 for exhaust heat recovery. A latent heat recovery-type heat source unit is used as an auxiliary heat source unit 12 for auxiliary heating when a hot water storage temperature is low in a hot water storage tank 8 of a hot water storage unit 3, and a drain water supply circuit 4 is disposed for supplying generated drain water to the water tank 71 in the fuel cell unit 2. A drain pump 43 is controlled so as to operate when a water level of the water tank 71 has lowered or when the drain tank 41 has become full.
