<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell system that prevents a battery from exploding, and a safety alarm system of a battery for the cell system. <P>SOLUTION: The cell system includes a lithium ion battery 2 which is cylindrical and contains organic electrolytic solution as an electrolyte, a light source which emits laser light, a single-mode optical fiber 4 wound around an outer peripheral portion of the lithium ion battery 2 in a plurality of streaks, and transmitting the laser light emitted from the light source 3, a storage container 2a which stores the lithium ion battery 2 and a part of the optical fiber 4 in contact with an outer surface portion of the lithium ion battery 2, a detector 6 which receives the laser light transmitted by the optical fiber 4, and detects abnormality of the lithium ion battery 2 from loss of the laser light by the optical fiber 4 and secular change in the loss, and an alarm 7 which alarms the abnormality when the detector 6 detects the abnormality of the lithium ion battery 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
