<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing apparatus and an image processing system capable of shortening the waiting time until the image processing is carried out in a state where a power consumption is reduced. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus 1 acquires operation information indicating the operation condition of the other image processing apparatus 2 connected to a communications network N, and displays the operation condition of the other image processing apparatus 2 on a display in a sleep state where the electric power supplied from a power source is saved, based on the operation information. The image processing apparatus 1 displays which image processing apparatus 2 among other image processing apparatuses 2 is in the sleep state, and which image processing apparatus 2 is in a state of running without saving electric power, as the operation condition. A user confirms the displayed operation condition to use the image processing apparatus 2 in a state of running without saving electric power, thereby, the waiting time can be shortened, compared with the case that the image processing apparatus 1 in the sleep state is used after recovering to a state that the image processing is possible. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
