<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment which can stabilize the weight of discharge liquid drop from a liquid ejection head regardless of the consumption of liquid of an external liquid container, an attachment system, and a liquid supply device. <P>SOLUTION: An ink supply chamber 33 and a pressure chamber 51 are provided in the attachment whose mounting shape for a recording head is compatible with an ink cartridge. A valve device formed of a movable valve 59, a coil spring 65, and a seal member 67 is provided between the ink supply chamber 33 and the pressure chamber 51. The pressure chamber 51 of the attachment receives supply of ink from the ink supply chamber 33 according to a decrease in ink inside. Even if pressurizing force of ink supplied to the ink supply chamber 33 is large, a closed valve state is maintained when negative pressure exceeding the pressurizing force is not generated in the pressure chamber 51. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
