<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical waveguide forming film with excellent dimensional accuracy and a method of manufacturing the same as well as an optical waveguide, an optical wiring, an optoelectronic hybrid substrate, and electronic equipment capable of exhibiting high quality transmission performance. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an optical waveguide forming film includes the process of producing a film body by applying a coating liquid for an optical waveguide on a film base material, and heating the film body.
