DETERMINATION METHOD AND DETERMINATION SYSTEM FOR DETERMINING WHETHER IDENTIFICATION OBJECT INDIVIDUAL IS REGISTERED INDIVIDUAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method and determination system for determining whether an identification object individual is a registered individual.

SOLUTION: The determination method and determination system includes the steps for: giving a non-organic mark provided with a detection surface so as to scatter coherent light to a registered individual and storing reference speckle image information corresponding to a speckle image about the non-organic mark in a database in order to detect a speckle image inherent to the non-organic mark by an image sensor; acquiring speckle image information about the identification object individual; determining whether the speckle image information of the identification object individual matches with the reference speckle image information stored in the database; and determining that the identification object individual is the registered individual when it is determined that the speckle image information matches with the reference speckle image information, and determining that the identification object individual is not the registered individual in the other cases.
