<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate attaching work using a grommet. <P>SOLUTION: In this attaching structure, a leg 2 of the grommet G including a head 1 and the leg 2 is inserted into a through hole Ma of an attachment target M, and then the leg 2 is expanded by a shaft body P pressed in from the head 1 side, so as to clamp and attach the attachment target M between the leg 2 and the head 1. The leg 2 of the grommet G is divided into a plurality of sections by slits 21 formed along the pressing direction of the shaft body P, and projecting sections Mb entering the slits 21 of the leg 2 of the grommet G and allowing the insertion of the leg 2 are formed at the hole edge of the through hole Ma of the attachment target M.
