The mixture has a micro fiber fraction of fibers with a diameter ranging from 0.15 to 0.35 mm and a standard fiber fraction of fibers with a diameter ranging from 0.6 to 2.5 mm. The mixture is extracted by a method for recovery of steel fibers from used tires. The mixture includes a vulcanized tire rubber residual proportion adhered to the fibers of less than 12 percentage. Proportions of the micro fiber fraction and the standard fiber fraction to a total mass of the mixture are higher than 99 percentage. The fibers of the micro fiber fraction include a length of 5 to 60 mm.
