PURPOSE: A rolling sphere drawing tool and a method thereof are provided to easily perform lightening arrest evaluation by only a design drawing, thereby finding damage of a structure due to disasters or a problem in design. CONSTITUTION: A rotation half circle ruler(12) calculates and displays a rotation half circle. A fixing unit(13) is fixed to one side of the rotation half circle ruler. The fixing unit is fixed to the center to draw a rotation half circle. A rotation unit(14) is placed on the other side of the rotation half circle ruler. The rotation unit expresses a rotation sphere. A handle(11) rotates the rotation unit.
