PURPOSE: A work trolley is provided to facilitate work on a wall of a high-story building or on a wall having a variable inclination. CONSTITUTION: A work trolley comprises a base frame(10), a work scaffold(16), elevating wheels(24), a drive motor(30), a drive plate(40), and an elevating member. The work scaffold is installed on the base frame and allowed to control the angle. The elevating wheels contact a wall of a structure and moves along the structure. The drive motor provides power for the movement of the base frame. The drive plate is rotated by receiving the driving force of the drive motor. The elevating member is located on the wall of the structure and coupled with the drive plate to move the drive plate.
