PURPOSE: A capacitance method touch panel is provided to prevent injury in which is caused by the damage of transparent glass by arranging a transparent film to the outside of a touch panel. CONSTITUTION: A transparent film(120) receives the touch of an input unit from the one side of a touch panel by arranging in the out side of the touch panel. A first transparent electrode(130) is formed on the other side of the transparent film. A second transparent electrode(150) is formed on the one side of transparent glass(140). A first adhesive layer(160) is formed between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The first electrode is faced with the second transparent electrode. A shielding layer is formed in the other side of the transparent glass. A display unit is adhered to the other side of the transparent glass.
